About our mystery box prizes
- Not for sale. Mystery boxes cannot be bought on this website. There is no shop, basket or checkout for them, and no cash alternative.
- Free to win. Boxes are given away as free prizes to viewers who take part in our live streams: chat drops, the daily wheel and points you earn by watching and chatting. Winners pay nothing, including postage.
- What's inside. Prize boxes hold a mix of new items, untested customer returns and lost-property items. Contents vary and are given as-seen.
Full prize rules are in our terms.
