Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Robert Scotts Commerce LTD (trading as Ecomkings), Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, England, ME5 9FD. Company No. 14252682, VAT GB428709962. Contact: support@ecomkings.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible. We may verify age and identity, and refuse or void entries that breach these terms.

3. How to enter — paid and free routes

Each raffle can be entered two ways, both with an equal chance of winning and the same closing date:

• Paid: buy one or more tickets at the price shown on the raffle, up to any per-person limit shown.
• Free: a free entry route is available on each raffle page (one free entry per person per raffle), with no purchase and no disadvantage compared with paying.

Each entry is allocated a unique ticket number. The system for selecting the winner does not distinguish between paid and free entries.

4. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Buying a ticket does not improve your chance of winning beyond the additional ticket itself.

5. Entry period

The opening and closing dates, the total number of tickets, the ticket price and any per-person limit are shown on each raffle and are incorporated into these terms. Entries received after the closing time are not counted.

6. The draw

The winner is selected at random from all valid entries, in accordance with the laws of chance, using a provably-fair method: a sealed commitment is published before entries open, the winning ticket is derived from a public, unpredictable value announced in advance, and the result can be independently verified after the draw. The draw is announced live. One winning ticket is drawn per prize unless stated otherwise.

7. Minimum sales and cancellation

Each raffle has a minimum number of paid tickets. If that minimum is not reached by the closing date, the raffle is cancelled, no draw takes place, and all entries are refunded. We may also cancel or amend a raffle for reasons outside our reasonable control; in that case paid entries are refunded.

8. Winners

The winner is contacted using their Ecomkings account email within 14 days of the draw. The winner's first name and area, or username, may be published. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 21 days, we may redraw. Entry constitutes consent to reasonable announcement of the result.

9. Prizes

The prize is as described on the raffle. There is no cash alternative unless expressly stated. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are delivered within the UK at no cost to the winner. If the exact prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

10. Refunds

Other than where a raffle is cancelled (clause 7), entries are non-refundable once the draw has taken place. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss arising from entry or the prize, beyond the amount you paid to enter. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Data protection

We process entrants' personal data to run the raffle, contact winners and fulfil prizes, in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. General

These raffles are free prize draws and are not lotteries under the Gambling Act 2005. The promoter's decision is final in any matter relating to a raffle. Any complaints should be sent to support@ecomkings.co.uk. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
