What is a mystery box?
A mystery box is a selection of items that have been returned to or liquidated by companies like Amazon, Argos, and John Lewis. Each box is unique, meaning you won’t know exactly what’s inside until it arrives. That’s part of the fun and excitement!

What kind of items can I expect in my mystery box?
Our mystery boxes contain a mix of products from various categories, such as electronics, home goods, fashion, and more. The items may be brand new, gently used, or have cosmetic imperfections. We source these products from trusted liquidation partners, so you’re always getting great value for the price.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders, no matter the size. There are no hidden fees—what you see is what you pay.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our customers receive their orders the next day, but delivery can take up to 5 days. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time.

Can I return or exchange items from my mystery box?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on the condition or assortment of items in the box. Each box is a unique collection of goods, and part of the experience is the element of surprise. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty due to shipping issues, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll work with you to sort it out.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at info@ecomkings.co.uk within 14 days. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll assess the situation and either replace the item or offer a partial refund.

How do I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number from EVRI, our delivery partner. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on their website.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment details are securely processed through our payment gateway, ensuring your information is protected.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it’s processed quickly so we can get it to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at info@ecomkings.co.uk. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, we don’t offer gift cards, but we’re always looking at ways to improve our service, so keep an eye out for future updates!

Can I request specific items in my mystery box?
Unfortunately, no. The mystery box concept relies on the element of surprise, so we don’t take requests for specific items. Each box is curated to offer a mix of products, adding to the excitement of discovering what’s inside.
