We’re pleased to offer free delivery on all orders, no matter how big or small. Yep, that’s right—there are no hidden fees or extra charges. The price you see is the price you pay! 

Our Delivery Partner

We’ve teamed up with EVRI to handle all our deliveries. They’re reliable and have a great track record, so your mystery box is in good hands. However, please keep in mind that once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in their hands, so delivery times are subject to their schedules. 

Delivery Locations

We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK. Whether you’re in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, or England, we’ve got you covered. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer international delivery at this time. 

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to get your mystery box to you as quickly as possible. While most of our customers receive their orders next day, deliveries can take up to 5 days. Please bear in mind that these timeframes are estimates. Since we rely on a third-party delivery service, we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates. 

Important Notes on Delivery

  • Delivery Times: While we strive for speed, delivery times may vary depending on factors like location, weather conditions, and EVRI’s schedules. We cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you’re not home when your delivery arrives, EVRI will follow their standard procedure, which usually involves leaving a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a nearby location.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your mystery box’s journey.

What to Do If Your Delivery Is Late

If your delivery hasn’t arrived within 5 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@ecomkings.co.uk. We’ll look into it right away and work with EVRI to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
